Unless otherwise specified on the individual product page, the information below applies to all products we sell. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time

Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfilment warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse in the US, UK and Australia to the destination.

US orders are shipped from our US fulfilment warehouse and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

International delivery usually takes between 15–30 business days.

These delivery estimates are based on the average delivery time of previous orders but can vary based on the destination country and whether the delivery address is located within a metro or regional area.

All packages are tracked, we'll send you an email containing a tracking URL once the order is shipped.
